Xela Quintana is an English Literature major. This is Quintana’s first semester serving as editor-in-chief and her second with Logos magazine. Once earning her Associate’s degree to Transfer in English and Journalism, she plans to earn an English Literature Bachelor of Arts and eventually a media law degree. She wishes to serve the First Amendment and the journalists producing the work that speaks truth to power under its protections. Her experience with student journalists have proven to her the work and dedication it takes to complete a comprehensive, objective and factual story. She hopes to continue to work with the magazine.
